2008年7月7日，甘肃两当县收到了沙特捐赠的救灾帐篷300项,防潮垫8000个，蚊帐2000个。主要用于教室以及受灾群众的安置。
On 7th July 2008, Liangdang County, Gansu received a donation of 300 tents, 8,000 damp-proof mats and 2,000 mosquito nets from Saudi, which are mainly used for the settlement as classrooms of the local people.

	甘肃两当县第一中学，用沙特捐赠的帐篷搭建的临时性教室 No. 1 Middle School of Liangdang County, Gansu Province use tents from Saudi to set up temporary classrooms.

	课余时间，甘肃两当县第一中学帐篷教室外学生正在进行课外活动 At time after school, students from No. 1 Middle School of Liangdang County, Gansu held extracurricular activity in front of the tents.

两当县民政局局长石宁说，512地震后，香泉中学教师楼都成了危房，一千多名学生没有办法上课，沙特阿拉伯政府捐助的帐篷来了后，,使我们的一千多名学生有地方上课，而且解决了中考学生考试难的问题，代表两当县县委政府对沙特政府对我们及时的援助表示十分感谢。也希望沙特阿拉伯的领导还有支持我们的各方面的朋友到我们这考察，继续对我们灾区进行关注，进行帮助。

Mr.Shining, Chief of the Bureau of Civil Affairs of Liangdang County, said that after 5.12 Earthquake, all the original teaching building became dilapidated building and thousands of students had to cease having classes. After receipt of the tent donation from Saudi, our students have places to have classes and resolve the problem of hard examination in Mid-term Examination…He extent his gratitude to Saudi government on behalf of Liangdang County Committee, County government. He also wish leaders from Saudi to visit here and to cast kind attention on them and render further assistance.
